All returns (exchange or refund) must be authorised by our customer service team. You can contact us at shop@alwaysandforeverbridal.com.au for assistance, instructions and authorisations on returns. You may return in stock, non-sale items only; returned product(s) must be received within 14 days of delivery to the customer.

Unfortunately due to hygiene and other reasons the following items that cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Sale Items
  • Headpieces
  • Earrings
  • Garters

Note: Sale shoes can be size exchanged but not exchanged for another item style/type or refunded. They must be in perfect condition and all shipping is at the expense of the customer. Our Customer service team will gladly send over images of earrings and hair accessories on real people and models, and are happy to help indicate size and weight if requested.

Returns requirements:

  • The item(s) has not been worn or tampered with in any way.
  • The item(s) is sent with the original purchase receipt/invoice.
  • The item(s) is in its original condition and is unworn and unmarked.

Always and Forever Bridal International reserves the right to charge for the full cost of the product if we deem that it is worn or damaged in any way. We charge a $30 restocking fee for all refunded items.

Always and Forever Bridal offers a one-time free size exchange for shoe shipping except for shoes bought with a promotional discount, in which case the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping. The replacement shoe will be shipped upon receipt of original purchase.

All other shipping costs related to returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Item(s) must be returned to Always and Forever Bridal International. We allow size exchanges on sale shoes if it is available but all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

It is our recommendation that you contact us for a sizing consultation if you are not familiar with our shoe designers we sell.
We recommend that all return items are insured during transit as we do not cover the cost of lost or damaged goods. All return postage costs will be at customer expense with the exception of faulty items. Always and Forever Bridal International does not offer refunds on sale items, all clearance sales are final.

****PURCHASES MADE BETWEEN MARCH 16TH AND APRIL 30TH WILL HAVE THE RETURNS POLICY EXTENDED TO 3 MONTHS FROM ORDER DATE****

Always and Forever Bridal International will happily issue a refund if the item(s) purchased is a full price item that does not fall under the “hygiene and other” return exemption as stated above, if it is the wrong colour or does not fit.

You must contact Always and Forever Bridal International within 14 DAYS of receiving the item for a return authorisation to be issued. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request and email detailed instructions regarding the processing of the refund

Always and Forever Bridal International will not pay for your Return Postage unless the product(s) you received are faulty or damaged.
