We do not offer refunds on any items. All exchanges must be authorised by our customer service team. You can contact us at shop@alwaysandforeverbridal.com.au for assistance with instructions and authorisations on returns. You may exchange in stock, non-sale items only; exchanged product(s) must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Unfortunately due to hygiene and other reasons the following items that cannot be exchanged:

  • Sale Items
  • Headpieces
  • Earrings
  • Garters
  • Sale Items
  • Purchased under a promotional discount code

Note: Full-priced shoes can be size exchanged but not exchanged for another item style/type or refunded. They must be in original condition and all return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

A member of our customer service team will gladly send over additional images of earrings and hair accessories, to help indicate size and weight if requested.

EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS:

  • The item(s) has not been worn or tampered with in any way.
  • The item(s) is sent with the original purchase receipt/invoice.
  • The item(s) is in its original condition and is unworn and unmarked.
  • The item(s) are not sale item(s).
  • The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of original purchase date.

Always and Forever Bridal International reserves the right to charge for the full cost of the product if deemed that it is worn or damaged in any way.

Always and Forever Bridal offers a one-time free size exchange for shoes of the same style. The return shipping is at the expense of the customer. The replacement shoe will be shipped upon receipt of original purchase and once the correct shoe and size request is in stock. Please note if the exchange size is unavailable we may have to request a back order which can take upto 3-4 months to arrive in store.

It is our recommendation that you contact us for a sizing consultation if you are not familiar with our shoe designer that we sell. We recommend that all exchanged items are insured during transit as we do not cover the cost of lost or damaged goods. All return postage costs will be at customer expense. Always and Forever Bridal International does not offer refunds on sale items, all clearance sales are final.

You must contact Always and Forever Bridal International within 14 days of your original purchase date for an exchange authorisation to be issued. A customer service representative will evaluate your exchange request and email detailed instructions regarding the processing of the exchange.

Always and Forever Bridal International will not pay for your return postage unless the product(s) you received are faulty or damaged.

You are unable to cancel your order once payment has been processed. Always and Forever Bridal International also reserves the right to cancel your order if you provide an unauthorised credit card, if we are unable to process payment on the credit card provided or if you provide invalid personal details or if the product becomes unavailable. Always and Forever Bridal International reserves the right to cancel any order without prejudice. We will notify you when we cancel your order.
