AVAILABILITY

• Only one of each gown is available unless otherwise stated.
• All sample gowns are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and removed once sold. Selected gowns are available online and in-store.

SIZING

• Sizing is listed on each gown page.
• Our sample gowns include a range of sizes, including smaller and curvier fits. While most gowns are not available in multiple sizes, our consultants can guide you on fit and alteration options.
• Please note ex-floor samples may have stretched slightly during try-ons, so measurements can vary from original designer specifications.

CONDITION

• Sample gown condition varies from brand new to ex-display, reflected in the discounted pricing.
• Some gowns may require dry cleaning, minor repairs, or alterations before wear. Additional photos and condition details are available upon request.
• We recommend dry cleaning your gown before your wedding day.

ALTERATIONS

• Most sample gowns require alterations for the perfect fit, including hemming, bustle work, strap adjustments, or resizing.
• Alteration costs are not included. Our team can recommend experienced bridal alteration specialists.

TRY ON

• Sample gowns can be tried on in-store and taken home the same day with full payment.
• Appointments are highly recommended during sample sale periods due to limited availability.

• All sample sale purchases are final sale with no exchanges, refunds, or cancellations.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all off-the-rack sample gowns.
